Sylvain Michel joined Lane Crawford in 2011 and played a critical role in its digital transformation, including the launch of Lanecrawford.com, the development of Content, Photo studio and Digital marketing capabilities as well as omnichannel. Today Sylvain leads the Customer Experience and Innovation department with a focus on the future. His team shares the stories of customers in a human and accessible way, creates excitement at possibilities, and lead through design the delivery of differentiated and innovative experiences customers will want to have again and again.
With over 10 years of experience in the luxury sector, Sylvain was previously in the UK at the Net-a-Porter Group where he enabled the launch of sister site theOutnet.com and men site MrPorter.com.
He is passionate about digital and the possibilities it brings to everyday life.
