Started career in 2005 at Unilever Vietnam as Management Trainee, Nhi was quickly in charge of different strategic roles in Customer Management department, leading sales teams in Unilever Vietnam and bridging the relationship with top international customers. She was also appointed to be Shopper Marketing, where she was leading different shopper marketing activities & category management projects, one of which was in Shanghai. She worked at Unilever Australia on category development at Woolworths. She has later on moved her career path onto consultancy on strategy & business development, as an in-house lead for Minh Long Porcelain, the leading player in the field who would like to build sustainable business development in domestic market, in both Household & HoReCa segment and explore export market of Europe and Southeast Asia.
Nhi is now leading Modern Trade at Suntory Pepsico Vietnam Beverage (SPVB), involving in building vision, strategy in the like of young shoppers and winning competition in different modern store-based formats, including E-commerce. She is leading cross functional team of SPVB for strategic customer engagement via Top to Top meeting and Joint Business Planning. She also demonstrates her strong passions in building capability for the team via organizing different workshops & trainings on shoppers, CVS, Customer Management model with support from experts from Bangkok, Dubai and the US. Nhi holds an MBA at Solvay Brussels school of Economies & Management Vietnam. She loves travelling, practicing yoga, trekking sometimes and talking retail & career orientation.
