What are the most exciting opportunities in retail right now?
E-commerce (both local and cross-border) is disrupting retail in many product categories. This is creating massive opportunities for entrepreneurs and existing retailers to offer a much better shopping journey to consumers.
More generally, digital technologies are evolving fast, the way consumers get inspiration, select and purchase a product will keep evolving quickly, this is very inspiring when you are passionate about serving your customers,

Think consumer first, push innovation second, manage cash third
What transformations have you seen in your business that have had the most impact in the last three years?
Becoming an international business impacts massively the company at all levels. It means thinking global, recruiting across the world, benchmarking against world best-in class players, prioritizing even more as you need to expand market by market.
What keeps you up at night?
A good movie, I am confident about the future of Feelunique
Why are you speaking at Retail Congress Asia?
Asia is a key priority for us as purchasing of beauty products online is already high in the region and growing. I will be happy to share our successful experience in China, with our local partner Azoya. I hope to identify more growth opportunities in the region too.
